Student Responsibilities
Regarding Rescheduling/Cancellations
All scheduling and cancellation requests must be made during regular business hours, Monday thru Friday, 10am to 7pm & Saturday from 11am to 5pm, by phone or email.
You must make sure that we have your most up-to-date phone number, email and address at all times. You are responsible for updating the address listed on your Learner’s Permit with the DMV.
Regarding Driving Lessons
You are responsible for keeping track of all scheduled Lessons, and must have your valid Learner’s Permit (and glasses, if applicable) with you during every Lesson to avoid a NO SHOW cancellation.
It is illegal to drive under the influence. For the safety of you and the Instructor, any suspicion of mind-altering drug use will result in your Lesson or Road Test being forfeited.
You are responsible for retrieving any belongings left behind in the Lesson vehicle. We are not responsible for any items said to be left behind.
We cannot guarantee the same instructor or vehicle for you from lesson-to-lesson. A change in instructor or vehicle is not grounds for cancellation.
Lessons are non-transferable to family or friends.
Regarding Road Tests
In order to use the School Car for a Road Test, you must have taken at least one (1) Lesson with us.
You must have your valid Learner’s Permit with you for your Road Test—you will not be able to take your Road Test without it.
We do NOT provide pick-up service for Road Tests. You must meet the Instructor at the Driving School at the communicated time regardless of your scheduled Road Test time. Cars are typically shared with other students on Road Test days.
Failure to appear at the communicated time for a scheduled Road Test will result in being left behind and/or forfeiting Road Test appointment and Car for Road Test.
